The Firm has more than twenty years' experience in this field and has developed its own approach and method that allows it to map all the activities relevant to privacy, acquiring a thorough knowledge of the company's situation so that the organisational model can be customised and tailored to the specific company situation. The Firm conducts training courses, also in-house at clients' premises or in webinar mode, whenever a client needs to train its staff on matters that the Firm advises on. After working in the legal department of a multinational company, I founded my own Firm: a small Firm through which I provide legal advice and assistance to my clients, mainly in civil law matters, both with regard to day-to-day issues and extraordinary transactions.
My family is a family of entrepreneurs: I know business and the need for legal advice provided to the entrepreneur to be clear, professional but also quick and effective, while my experience in a multinational company has taught me to interact in a fruitful way with different business functions and external consultants, as well as to collaborate in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
Over the years, I have specialised mainly in the field of extraordinary corporate transactions, commercial contracts, corporate law and have been passionate about data protection since the first data protection law came into force.
I hold positions as a Statutory Auditor in companies, particularly with regard to supervising compliance with the law and the articles of association pursuant to Article 2403 of the Civil Code.
