The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to the Firm’s contact addresses, the private messages sent by users to the Firm’s profiles/pages on social media (where this possibility is provided for), the filling in and forwarding of the contact form on the Firm’s website, as well as the call to the telephone number indicated on the Firm’s website, entail the acquisition of the sender’s contact data, necessary to reply, as well as of all the personal data included in the communications. Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers and terminals used by users, the URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and computer environment.
These data, necessary for the use of web services, are also processed for the purpose of:
- obtain statistical information on the use of the services (most visited pages, number of visitors per time slot or per day, geographical areas of origin, etc.);
- checking the correct functioning of the services offered.

The aforementioned subjects will process your personal data, as the case may be, in their capacity as Data Processors or System Administrators appointed in compliance with the provisions of the law also with regard to the security measures to protect and safeguard your data. Your data will not be disseminated in any way.
TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA ABROAD
Your personal data will be stored in electronic format: (i) (web hosting) at the servers of Hetzner Online GmbH located in Germany or in any case within the European Union and (ii) (Google Analytics) at the company Google Inc., which also has servers outside the EU. With respect to the latter transfer, the contractual guarantees provided by the company itself and in particular the use of standard contractual clauses adopted or approved by the European Commission (art. 46 par. 2 lett. c) and d) GDPR) apply.
RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
Data subjects have the right to obtain from the Firm, in the cases provided for, access to their personal data and the rectification or erasure of the same or the restriction of processing concerning them or to object to processing (Art. 15 et seq. GDPR). Data subjects who believe that the processing of personal data relating to them carried out through this website is in breach of the provisions of the GDPR have the right to lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, as provided for by art. 77 of the GDPR, or to take legal action (art. 79 GDPR).
